Looking for waterfront property? We have it and it won’t disappoint. Nature Coast communities offer parks, dining, and entertainment. Enjoy dinner and live music after a day at The Flats.

Hernando Beach is a water front community on the Gulf of Mexico consisting of fewer than 900 homes.

The northern section of Hernando Beach has direct gulf access and is not deed restricted – Hernando Beach South is deed restricted but does not have direct Gulf access. Hernando Beach Club is a private members only active community beach club. The club offers a calendar of events including yoga, trivia, karaoke, and much more. Members and their guests are also able to enjoy Friday evening dinners and dancing. Hernando Beach does not have an actual beach but many residents gather with their boats at the flats, a shallow area off the Hernando Beach channel.

Did you know…

Over 20 years ago an artificial reef named Bendickson Reef was created 20 miles off Hernando Beach shore. The reef was created using ten M-60 Patton battle tanks and a 46ft “Ghost Ship” that provide an underwater habitat for fish and the first Adventure Coast wreck dive site.

Pine Island

A small community located on the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island is worth traveling off the beaten path to check out. Take a drive through the salt marshes to Alfred McKethan Park (aka Pine Island Park). The 3 acre park offers a white sandy beach, swimming area, pavilions, playground, volleyball court, concession, BBQ grills and showers. Dolphins are often spotted in the shallow waters. The park fills up fast so get there early!

Bayport Park is a 7 acre park located on the Gulf Coast. The park offers a boardwalk with panoramic views, two boat ramps, picnic tables, BBQ grills, and a fishing pier. Gather with the locals and enjoy an unobstructed view of the sunset. The Bayport Inn offers lodging and a rustic waterfront restaurant and bar with indoor/outdoor seating and live music.

They came to our rescue after having a horrible experience with another realtor. Tiffany and Emily were extremely knowledgeable and got every question we had answered. They helped us find our dream home! I highly recommend Southern Belle Realty!

We love Emily! She turned a stressful time into an experience that flowed smoothly, heading off every obstacle with calm resolve. She was available to us at all times calming fears and answering all questions no matter how unreasonable. We would recommend her highly!
